Living Hope Counseling was created from a simple but deeply held conviction: therapists do their best work when they are supported, connected, and free to focus on what truly matters: client care.

I founded this practice out of a desire to be part of something collaborative while still honoring my own clinical passions and deeply held values. Too often, therapists are forced to choose between independence and community, or between quality care and administrative burden. Living Hope was built to eliminate that tradeoff.

We are a group practice by design—not just in structure, but in spirit. Our clinicians collaborate, consult, and genuinely support one another, creating a culture that strengthens both the therapist and the client experience.

Just as intentionally, we have built strong administrative support behind the scenes. Every system, every role, and every process is designed to remove distractions so our therapists can stay fully present in the work they are called to do.

Who You Are:

  • Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LPC-Associate in Texas

  • Desires to be part of a collaborative practice while maintaining autonomy over schedule and specialization areas

  • Warm, relational, and clinically strong

  • Seeks to integrate faith-based counseling when requested by clients

  • Available to see at least 15 clients/week

  • Has or wants to develop area of specialization
