Living Hope Counseling offers a flexible hybrid model for fully licensed therapists who want the independence of private practice with the support of an established counseling center.

Who This Is a Great Fit For

Step One: Choose Your Schedule

Select up to 4 blocks per week from the available time slots below, subject to availability at the time of your contract.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm 9:00 am – 2:30 pm 1:30 pm – 7:00 pm 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Step Two: Choose Your Model

We offer three arrangements to fit where you are in your career and what level of support you're looking for.

Option 1 — Office Only

$400 / block per month
  • Set office time in our beautiful, fully furnished offices (purchased in weekly 5-hour blocks)
  • Secure Wi-Fi and wireless printer
  • Welcoming lobby with complimentary coffee, tea, and water for clients
  • Kitchen area with snacks and drinks for therapists
  • Receptionist to greet clients (Monday–Friday, 9–6)
  • Office cleaning and basic supplies
  • Library of books and resources for therapists
  • Numerous specialties under one roof for referral, collaboration, and networking
Example: Mon 2:30–8 pm + Sat 9–2 = 2 blocks/week = $800/month

Option 2 — 1099 Contractor

$2,500 / month, all-inclusive
  • 4 blocks of set office time per week — everything in Option 1 included
  • Full training on SimplePractice, Spruce Health, and Mentalyc
  • EHR: SimplePractice with telehealth, client messaging, and client portal
  • AI Scribe: Mentalyc (opt out to save $60/mo — but we think it's the best out there)
  • Spruce Health: secure client texting without sharing your personal number (opt out to save $60/mo)
  • Profile on our website — individual bio page, scheduling link, and specialty page
  • Google Ads and marketing through established physician, school, and church referral relationships
  • Best-in-class admin team for client check-in, copay collection, calls, and scheduling
  • Insurance credentialing under our group NPI (private billers charge $250+ per carrier)
  • All insurance billing and verification handled for you
  • Intake coordination for new clients — scheduling, billing info, paperwork, and referrals
  • Weekly payouts of collected fees, with no additional card processing fees
  • Telehealth via SimplePractice for online clients outside office hours — anytime
At $105 avg reimbursement, 20 in-office + 5 online clients/week = $10,500/mo collected. After $2,500 overhead, you keep $8,000 — that's only 23% overhead, compared to 40%+ with most group splits.

Option 3 — W-2 Employee

$65–$80 / hour
  • Everything in Option 2 (Spruce and Mentalyc included)
  • $65/hour for up to 20 sessions per week
  • $80/hour for sessions 21 and above
  • Traditional employee classification — taxes withheld and paid for you
  • 40 hours of PTO per year at $65/hour, plus unpaid time off as desired
  • Group health insurance available once 5 W-2 employees average 20 hrs/week per quarter
Example: 25 clients/week = (20 × $65) + (5 × $80) = $1,700/week × 4 = $6,800/month before taxes, with employer-covered tax contributions.
