I strive to create a space that feels supportive, honest, and safe while also gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re navigating chronic anxiety, panic, relationship stress, perfectionism, burnout, or the lingering effects of difficult past experiences, our work together is centered on helping you move toward greater emotional balance and resilience
I work with couples and am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to relationship therapy grounded in decades of studies on what helps relationships succeed and what causes them to struggle. Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, resentment, defensiveness, or repeated communication breakdowns. Even when both partners care deeply about each other, it can begin to feel like conversations turn into arguments, needs go unheard, or trust and connection have slowly eroded over time.
In our work together, we focus on helping both partners better understand the patterns happening beneath the surface of conflict—not just the argument itself, but the emotional needs, triggers, and communication habits driving it. Therapy is not about assigning blame or deciding who is “right,” but about helping both partners feel heard, understood, and more connected.
One of the most meaningful parts of this work is watching couples move from feeling disconnected and overwhelmed by conflict to experiencing greater understanding, teamwork, emotional closeness, and renewed hope in their relationship.
I also work with clients who are dealing with anxiety. Anxiety can feel exhausting—constantly overthinking, anticipating problems, feeling emotionally on edge, or struggling to fully relax even when things seem “fine” on the surface. Together, we work to understand the underlying patterns driving those responses rather than simply managing symptoms. Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems—it’s about helping you experience meaningful change, develop healthier emotional responses, and feel more in control of your thoughts, relationships, and reactions.
