Tanya Spakowski-Lane, LPC-Associate
Supervised by Staci Garner, LPC-S
Tanya Spakowski-Lane brings more than two decades of lived and professional experience to her work with families, couples, and individuals. As a foster and adoptive parent herself — and a caregiver to grandchildren with Autism Spectrum Disorder — she understands firsthand the joys and challenges of raising children from hard places. Her background spans foster and adoptive care, case management, trauma, attachment, and sensory processing, and she is a certified TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) Practitioner. Tanya has a particular heart for bio, foster, and adoptive parents who are working hard to maintain stable, loving homes, and she walks alongside them with coaching, education, and practical therapeutic strategies.
Tanya's approach is holistic and individualized — she meets each client exactly where they are, without pressure to have it all figured out before walking through the door. She works with couples, families, and adult individuals navigating attachment, grief and loss, anxiety, eating disorders, parenting challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. Using attachment-based and trauma-informed methods, she focuses on creating a safe, welcoming space where healing and connection can genuinely take root.
