I work both in-person and virtually with adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and the challenges that come with neurodiversity, helping them better understand themselves and function more effectively in daily life. My approach to therapy is structured, practical, and tailored to each client. The goal is not just insight, but real, usable strategies that support meaningful progress outside of sessions.

With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those who may have gone undiagnosed for years but have struggled with anxiety, social difficulties, or sensory sensitivities. In addition to my clinical work, I bring a personal perspective as the parent of an autistic child. This gives me a deeper understanding of both the day-to-day realities and the long-term considerations individuals and families navigate. I also provide comprehensive assessments for adults seeking clarity around a possible diagnosis of ADHD or autism, along with ongoing therapy to support the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence.

For couples, I am trained and certified in the Gottman Method of relationship counseling. This research-based approach helps couples improve communication, better understand one another, and develop practical tools for resolving conflict and strengthening connection.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family (including our German Shepherd who thinks she’s a person!) and being an active member of my church.

If you’re ready to get started, I offer a 20-minute consultation to determine whether we’re a good fit. I’d be glad to support you or your family in finding a clearer path forward.
